Pass By: Hobart, Hobart, Greater Hobart, Tasmania

Sailors will see the beautiful city of Hobart, its historic docks and surrounding mountains and forests from the large sheltered harbour. Sometimes there will be other yachts racing on the harbour and sometimes we will be visited by curious dolphins and seals. Very occasionally we will see whales and orca.
Sailors will experience what it is really like sailing aboard a large ocean-going yacht, and they can take turns on the winches or even try their hand at the wheel if they like.

Pass By: Mount Wellington, Pinnacle Road, Hobart, Tasmania Australia

See Mt. Wellington and the surrounding forests and hills.

Thank you Mark & Marsha having us aboard 29th of May 2021, please pass on our thanks to the crew for a very enjoyable morning sail. The crew were brilliant to sail with. This has fired up the sailing bug in me again after helming such a lovely boat We had such a great time, we will book a full day sail & bring the family in the near future. Would be good to get some breeze & the assy up, Thanks again Chris & Debbie H

The men loved the experience of helping with the sailing and all the information about how to sail Hospitality was fantastic scones and cream with tea/coffee then wine beers and a cheese platter Fabulous morning

Sailed with Hobart Yachts on the 19th of May 2021. The owner and skipper Mark and his crew were absolutely awesome. Really informative of Tassie and Hobart, got us involved in sailing the Helsal IV. Had a ball sailing up the Derwent dipping the rail. A day with them is highly recommended.

Beautiful weather, fun group, friendly crews! What else can I ask? Yes, drinks and cheese were fantastic...! Homemade scones and tea... Amazing!! It was total of 5 of us in the session: Us, one more couple and a solo. They all were so lovely and definitely added more fun to the session. Strongly recommended if you are looking for extraordinary/ spontaneous/ something different experience. Thanks heaps, Mark and the Crews!!

This was a great cruise on a great yacht. Terrific staff led by Mark. Great scones made by Marsha. Fun trip with lots of information about Tasmania and things to see and do. Comfortable and stable.

Skipper owner Mark was extremely informative, genuine and I loved the fact that he told us about his and his wife's living on the yaght, about the harbour, how to sail and was generous to people who wanted to try the sailing. Barry, assistant but also a Skipper was great. I loved the fact that people have different parts to their lives, I found this inspiring and would recommend this sail to anyone. I had not been on a yaght before let alone one that has done 3 Sydney to Hobart races. I would love to sail from Hobart to Queensland but I didn't win the jackpot! Thanks for a great sail and scones and cream.

Mark and his crew offered a great sailing experience, serving up some great local cheese platters along with expert knowledge of the local sites along the way. It was fun to take part with the crew in this racer yacht! Highly recommend this sail!

It was a nice relaxing adventure. Beautiful views. Great crew. The Scones were so light and fluffy and cheese platter towards the end was a nice surprise
